Try a Kuri squash. I got this one at Mom's Organic Market. Just like a cute Japanese style pumpkin. After I photographed it in all its glory, I roasted it with coconut oil & sea salt, and toasted the seeds. Massive seedage in this little guy.
Or just use one for a festive decoration!
How fun! I've never thought of coconut and squash - sounds like one to try. :)
