The Winner was #2!

Unfortch, the new apartment is NOT pictured above, but I'd live there in a heartbeat. Instead, I went with Option 2. It's beige & bland inside, but I can fix that. It has a big balcony! It has its own lake! And the real kicker is that the 2400 acre reservoir & park is 5 minutes away!

I'm thinking that within those 2400 acres there will be at least a few magical places for a Wizardess. Wish me luck!

    Ah- A big balcony is just as good as a backyard- you can still container garden. The park should bring in some wonderful animal friends as well. Best of luck to you.
    (I would have picked either house picture as well- hobbit or fairy)
